When I go to the home page , it says you don't have internet connection right now, 3 days now, I have done all remedial checks with boxes and power leads, also all recordings have been lost, I think it is a problem with the sky q box as I have internet connection on every gadget in the house, also could you send me a number to ring regarding my account please.

If my box decides to "forget" I have a router, I do this:
Fully rebooting both the router and the Sky Q main box.
Unplug both of them, same time, from the wall for at least 30 seconds.
Plug back in the router only, get it up and running, and run a speed test on your mobile. Now plug back in the Sky Q box, go to settings, and reset the network settings section. Then scan for your router, add in your password, and hopefully, you're back up and running.
