Arranged a delivery of remote over a week ago. So hard to get in touch eith sky ajd on automated service on the phone it disconnects before i get to a human as understandably theres no department for it..need a remote but cant keep ringing at a cost to myself and cant seem to find an email? Advice anyone

You can purchase a new one from a lot of retailers / main supermarkets, then if the free replacement arrives you've always got a spare.
