Sky q box is not working. When I switch it on I get the following message. ' No signal. Check the external input or select another input using the INPUT button. Normally when I do this I gain access to sky but nothing presently. I have unplug the system and waited a couple of minutes but still nothing.

A message displaying ”no signal” tends to be generated from your TV and normally means your TV’s not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.

and if that doesn't work, cycle through the HDMI inputs on the TV

Hi @Me51
First make sure that the TV is switched on and is switched to the HDMI input to which the Q box is connected.
Then with the Q box switched on with green led illuminated
Press
Home 1 0 8 0 Home
on the Q box remote control.
This will change the Q box to standard resolution which will work for all TV’s.
