I have recently changed from Sky ultrafast bb to sky full fibre 500 and have a new white max hub. My sky Q box keeps disconnecting from Wi-Fi and the sky q mini boxes keep disconnecting from the main sky q box and the Wi-Fi. Never had any problems when had the black router and ultrafast bb.

Hi @Squash1 Try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, do the same with any Mini boxes?

@Squash1 The new white Sky router does not connect to the Sky mesh and as such needs to be treated as a third party router so on your main Q box go into the enineers menu by pressing home scrolling down to settings then status then scroll across and down to network connection across to network set click on this then reset.
When resetting do not use the WPS button but instead find the ssid and use this entering the password from the back of your router once that has connected your mini boxes need to now be connected to the main box by WPS

Thanks for the info. Tried this but still disconnecting. Have put the former black router back on and no problems. Works perfectly with the black router
