I am unable to access Discovery+ programms as the log in on the Sky Q box is diferrent to the original Discovery registration. The Discovery help line has told me that there is nothing registered to my current Sky ID but there is to another ID I once used. I can access the Discovery channels using Sky Go on my mobile because I can log in with the old ID but I cant change it on the Sky Q box. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Crazy isn't it. I have my TV telling me to activate Discoveryplus via Sky on line and Sky on line shows Discovery plus but says I have to activate it on my TV. I gave up
