Sky not working

Had issues yesterday with remote not working, had issues last night turning to off using remote, turned off at wall. Turned to on today , volume on remote not working, batteries charged, still not working, rebooted still not working, have message on screen say weak signal check aerial connection but I don't have an aerial, tv is now blank screen, sky box is showing green on light and red light

Hi @Catherine+Gardner   That will be a message from your TV (not Sky). Make sure that your TV is using the the correct HDMI port for Sky Q.
