Sky Q Remote intermittent beeping
Hi,
my Sky Q remote has started beeping like someone has pressed the finder button on the box every 30-60 minutes.
Everything is working as it should. I thought it might be the batteries, but I've checked and they still have charge in them.
Any idea what's causing this?

Are you sure it is the remote bleeping and not a smoke alarm with low battery?

@Wardinho probably not this but have you checked that the middle Q button on the front of the box hasn't got stuck in
I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

@oldfella was trying to be helpful, you won't believe some of the 'issues' that get raised in this forum that turned out to be simple to resolve. It always helps to rule those out first! (Remember this is a customer helps customer forum).
Have you tried turning your Sky Q box off at the mains to initiate a cold restart?
