Sky not working

Sky won't come on it just has a blue blank screen and says ' this screen does not support HDCP, try reconnecting HDMI cable or use a different screen' started a few weeks ago and not working right.

Try turning both your Sky Q box and your TV off at the plug for 30 seconds or so.
