We have sky cinema and are trying to sign up to Paramount +, when we click confirm we get the error MYSKY_2304

Have you tried refreshing your apps 

when does the error appear 

are you able to create a paramount+ account on a different device and then sign in on the sky q or does this error appear when you try open the app?
