Sky not working

Hi my sky TV is not working the signal to the TV does not work on half the channels

Hi @Eliabel 

Switch the Qbox into standby with the remote and then switch it off at the mains..

Then carefully check that both cables from the Dish are securely located in the back of the Q box and one is not loose.

If both seem OK you possibly need to contact Sky for an Engineer to check your dish and cables.
