Multiroom is served by adding mini boxes to Q. Minis normally come with a one off upfront cost of Approx £50. However the first mini is normally added at reduced cost or free.
Also required to use minis you need the monthly Multiscreen subscription.

Check the offers on the Community line at the top of this forum.
Multiscreen is currently on offer for £10 pm instead of £15.
Make sure it does come with a mini box.
