Sky not working

When tv was turned on this morning message said 

THERE IS A TECHNICHAL FAULT WITH THIS CHANNEL. PLEASE TRY AGAON LATER. 
tv works ok on normal tv.

With the current weather does your dish have snow on it ? if so this could be the reason.

 

Also is it just some channels or all of them?
