The mini box do not go though you rooter to connect your router it connects to the main box directly.  So in theory  changing broad provider should have  no effect on the WiFi conetion between your skyboxes. However they both use 5ghz signals  make sure they not the same channel as that could course interference. If you can change the channel your new broadband is using. The only other  thing that may have effect your problem is if you had Sky broadband before as that acts slightly differntly  as the Sky box'sdo act as a boasters  to the internet WiFi thus second box might not now be getting a good signal from your main box

I have found some more information I presume the box that is not working displaying a message it contfindyou main box or word to that effect,   To fix this m first do a reboot on both your main box and the mini box that not working , ie swixh them both off and on again.  Then you have to do network rest on the mini box that not working. To do this  on mini box go to setting then set up then network then reset, and follow the on screen promps to reconnect using WOS button on you main Q box .  I think mini box give a indication where this button is you main box from memory when I have had to do the same procedure, The mini box will then try to connect  to you main box  and give you a onscreen message that says so, it will possably take a couple of minute to do this and then you should then have connect to your main box box and see programming on your mini box.

@Jo369 when Sky was your broadband the mini box would connect to either your main box or the router, as you no longer have Sky as your broadband provider if wanting to use wifi you need to connect your mini box to your main box by using the WPS button on both boxes
