Engineer visit

I've got an engineer booked. At moment I have no signal. When he comes will he have a replacement Sky Q box with him incase mine needs replacing?

Possibly - we're other customers here so cannot say for sure.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Kirsty215 Egineers normally carrt spare boxes just in case they need to replace a box
