Sky multiroom

Cancelled multiroom box, then changed my mind as I got a deal. Being charged £50 for not returning. Surely sky billing can see I still have multiroom, so need this box. Been onto sky vip twice to deal with this. Spoke again yesterday and promised it was sorted. Told the guy I was speaking to not to make any promises. As I was previously told not to worry it was sorted

It may take a day or two for your billing to update once Sky have withdrawn the request for the equipment return. If it persists post again on this thread and we can look at getting you some help with a Sky expert.
