Sky Q

My Sky Q box won't turn on I'm not sure why the light won't change from amber

@Christine+Gordon  Have you tried unplugging the box for a minute or 2 then plugging back in?

Hi @Christine+Gordon   Have you tried the power button on the box to rule out a problem with the remote?
