For the third time in two weeks, our sky minbox is not working. Absolutely sick of this. Additionally on the screen window showing No Signal the Help Phone Number whenn rung goes through to Asda the supermarket. Are you having a laugh?

If you definitely need to contact Sky then if you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Be aware we’ve been informed the lines are busier than usual at the moment.

Thank you for your reply. It appears that the No Signal window on the TV which has the minibox carries the phone number for Asda for help. This is because, we have found out, the TV was bought from ASDA years ago so they have inserted their number on the help screenm presumably for those new customerwho are trying to set the TV up. This confused us when we were trying to find out why the Sky minibox wasnt working!

Ok so it was a TV error, not an error from the sky box
Likely from no incoming signal on HDMI (box crashed perhaps), a resolution it can't handle being sent, or it's not on the right input. Did you fix it?
