Returning old device

Hi I have received a text to say I will be charged if I don't return my old broadband box, I don't remember receiving a returns label or bag to put it in can you please send this to me. my name is Allen Stock and  my postcode is  house number

I am trying to return my router but I cannot find the order number to put on the An Post website so that I can print a label and return to Sky.
