Sky mini slow when changing channels

Every time we change channels on the mini boxes upstairs it's slow to change channel. It can take 10 seconds to change over, we've tried resetting and all the guides given out on the site. Does anyone else have the same issue?

Have you tried a power cycle on the main box too?

I've tried everting resetting the main box and and mini boxes and the internet too and still we have slow changing
