Reboot

My sky q box occasionally needs rebooting no signal appears on TV after reboot works fine until next couple of days never used to do this only difference is a New TV Sony bravia 8 used to have Panasonic plasma I am a bit reluctant to perform a system reset 001 function on settings menu on sky any help would be welcome

No signal or no satellite signal. They are different.

”No signal” messages tend to be generated from your TV and normally means your TV’s not seeing the Sky box on the relevant HDMI input.
