I had problems with internet etc keep going down . Spoke with lovely engineer who helped me. Unfortunately I didn't check mt mini box till the evening it switches on but says no signal floating over the screen. I am 78 & don't understand all this technical stuff .all I want is to speak with an engineer & not a flaming Robot that is no help whatsoever .no matter what number I ring I can't get hold of a human ! Help me please
