Sky mini issues - connection keeps dropping

I have severe glitchy issues with one mini box, stuttering, freezing,  virtually impossible to watch. Though it might be the box itself so swapped for newer one in house, but had exactly the same issues. I go to settings and my connection to the internet keeps dropping and resetting. Connection to Q box stays ticked. It is connected to a mesh hub but this issue was happening prior. I have reset so many times. It usually happens for the first half hour after I start watching. Any thoughts most welcome.
