Delivery of Sky Q box

Hi there, 

I've missed two deliveries of a new Sky Q box - most recently because because we didn't hear the driver outside yesterday (a day after Sky told us the delivery was scheduled).

The first time I could see no other choice but to order a new one and pay again but I don't want to pay again.

Does anyone know how to re-arrange delivery? Or just re-order without having to pay again? I can't find a way of contacting Sky directly about this.

Why do you think you have to pay for delivery? There is no charge to you for delivery by courier of a replacement Sky Q box.
