Light is red and motor is loud on Sky Q box after power cut.

Hi there, we had an electrician in yesterday to install lights, as part of this he had to turn off the electricity in the house. Ever since the power came back on the sky box motor is making a very loud noise and the light is red. Have tried plugging out the box for a number of minutes but it comes back to this state. Any ideas please?
