Sky mini box not working

I've recently been sent out a new Sky Q box and a new Sky mini Q box somebody's been out tested the Wi-Fi put a few of them triangle plugs in places. The Sky mini box in the kitchen is still not working the Internet the Wi-Fi is still rubbish. It was on and off last night again I think maybe possibly the router in the front room needs moving. I don't know. It's absolute joke. The amount of money I pay every Month, I can't even watch telly and then the Wi-Fi is not working for us to watch the Amazon fire stick
