Our sky multiroom minibox is now constantly crashing/freezing - it basically freezes or simply goes blank stating there is a network issue and that it cannot connect to the network. It has worked absolutely fine for over six years, and has started this in recent weeks. Nothing has changed our main and mini boxes are in the same locations, as is the booster, so we're perplexed as to why this has started to happen numerous times every day.
A hard reset is required to get the TV i.e. all live and other services, reconnected, and this can often take several attempts. We've tried all of the usual troubleshooting things, including re-booting the main Q box etc, however the problem seemsto be getting much worse.
The isssue affects all services and is not just limited to live TV,. We've checked all fo the connections numerous times, with no success in resolving the issue.
The broadband is working absoutely fine on other devices, so we know that's not the issue. We do wonder however, if the mini Q box is the problem - as it can work no problem for a number of hours before the fault starts again.
We're therefore wondeirng if the mini-box has become faulty and is in need of being replaced - any ideas on what could be causing this issue, and how to resolve it would be very much appreciated.
Thanks.

Hi @PoogandCaz in the following order, try rebooting your router by removing the power cable for 30 sec then reconnect to reboot, then reboot your main SKYQ box by turning the power off at the socket for 30 sec then turn back on, then do the same with the Mini box?
