I have tried rebooting it several times to no avail I have also rebooted the main Q box and router again to no avail I have a signal booster which is showing 2 green lights out of 3 the centre light for connectivity is out I've also tried rebooting that box too. I've tried everything that I can !

Hi @Steve0107
You need to carry out a Network reset on the mini.
If your Q booster is located between the main Q box and the mini to aid connection then you need to get the booster connected first.
To do this:-
Once the booster is connected carry it a Network on the mini.
Network Reset found in mini Home - Settings - Setup - Network.
Highlight Status and then select Reset on the right hand side. Follow instructions to WPS with main Q box or Q booster or Sky router (whichever is nearest to the mini)
You will be asked to press the WPS button on the nearest Q device (not the mini as the Network reset will start the mini WPS automatically).
