I have lost internet connection to my sky Q box. It will not accept what I know to be the correct password. Everything else in the house is connected to my broadband which isn't experiencing any problems

Hello!
If your Sky Q box isn’t accepting the correct password while other devices are connected to your broadband without issues, try restarting the Sky Q box and your router. If that doesn’t work, you might need to reset the network settings on your Sky Q box and reconnect it to your Wi-Fi.
