Sky mini box crashing

Having major problems with our mini boxes crashing multiple times a day. We have been resetting the main Q box to solve the problem (unplugging and removing the card). I've also tried network resets on all boxes which has resulted in the mini box we use most losing the TV guide function. Not sure what is going on, I suspect our main box is faulty. Any suggestions?
