Since I've had a new sky Q box, the sky mini box won't work. I've now got a message saying that 'there has been a problem activating your Sky Q mini box' with the error message MR108 and the remote won't work.
I've followed the instructions from other queries (pressing numbers together) and that hasn't worked.
Pleased help.
