Sky mini box can not connect to internet

My sky mini box in my bedroom won't connect to internet! I have tryed everything even a new box! It just stopped connecting help!!!!

We keep having yo reset the Internet Connection on our mini box in our main bedroom and we've followed the process on resetting and it happens every night. Can we get a new box?
