Sky tv keeps glitching and it's the same on every channel although there are no issues with my broadband

@eoj01 Live TV is not relient on broadband but are satellite delivered, the issue coud be due to the weather if there are heavy rain clouds in the area.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

WE have had tv checked out and they have informed us that it is either the Q box or the router which are both over 5 years old

@martinlisa As posted in my reply, it won't be abrodabdn issue if live TV is affected. Have you contacted Sky at all?
