Sky Q box won’t turn on

So my sky is broke currently… won’t even turn on. Can’t get an engineer till the 4th July and when you call the centre the answer message says every sky member is in essential training and to try another time. So that's helpful. Any ideas anyone?

@ChrisChase116  If you've already reported this and an engineer has been booked then there is nothing further the forum can advise.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
