If a soft reset (pull the plug for 5 minutes) doesn't fix it, it could be a dish misalignment or a loose cable that might need an engineer.
Work through the checks here first: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-q-picture-problems
You then should be able to book an engineer at the end if the other steps do not work.
