Can’t activate discovery plys

The Sky link constantly says temporary unavailable. Spent and hour on the phone to Sky they totally rebooted everything and still didn't work then told to call discovery plus still not working I'm going round in circles ! Spent over 3 hours on useless live chats ! What's going ob

I try to log in to my fiscoveryplus but when I add the code, it stars I'm in, but asks for me to renew my billing?
