Best you give notice to Sky as we're just other customers here.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Ian7612

You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-tv

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.

If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.

The Sky Q box and any other Sky equipment you might have like a Sky Q mini will then have to be returned so Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days for TV or 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
