I think you have Sky Stream, yet you have posted on the Sky Q forum.
Sky Stream relies entirely on you providing the puck with as fast and stable a broadband connection as possible.
Have you run a network check from the get help menu on the Netflix app? What speed is reported as actually being received by the puck?
