Tennis match choice not working

I've reset the WiFi connection. Can't get match choice to work on red button, sidebar or app. Anyone know why?

I have just looked in the app (via the  (...) button) 

I can see 3 live matches  - one started at 12:00 the other only just before posted (12:35) and the other at 1pm - another due to start at 1:30

Can you see these now ?
