Can you help?

Hi @Mick225
If this is on Live channels from the TV Guide then you may have a issue with your Satellite dish alignment. Particularly if your Signal is only 50%.
Work through the following link and if you cannot solve your issue it will lead to booking a Engineer.
Alternately, if you are on a Communal Dish you will need to contact your Landlord or Management company.

Thanks for the advice. I have followed the Sky bot steps and an engineer has been booked for 4 days time.

To follow up, the Sky engineer changed the Q Box. Also might now showing a problem with the sky sound box not recognising HDMI. Even with new box, having to pull HDMI lead out of back of Q box, wait a few secs the plug back in, immediately got satellite signal back. Tried renewing HDMI lead. No good. Plugged both sound box and Q box into TV HDMI sockets to get all 3 to work on Sky remote when turning on. Just need to turn sound box to optical to get sound now. But better than before!
