Channels

Hi, the HDMI cable was disconnected, however when I reconnected the cable back I can't seem to get access to any of the sky channels. I bought a brand new HDMI cable still no luck. The standard TV channels seems to be working as normal. Any suggestions please 🙏

Hi @Taj

Are you sure that your television set is switched to the correct HDMI input for the Q box?

It would appear that you are using the Television terrestrial aerial tuner and not the Sky Q box HDMI input

Try selecting the correct HDMI port and then  rebooting the box while the correct hdmi port is selected
