Sky is turning on and off constantly

Hi my sky is buffering on and off since I've connected it to my new Tv for last 3 days 

snd my sky Q box in my other room won't pick up the signal from the WiFi box in the next room?

When you say 'buffering' do you mean from satellite or streaming?  If the later, try disabling the WiFi on your TV.
