Sky hubs

I have cancelled Sky and moved to Virgin.

can you please tell me why I have to return the additional hubs when I paid for them?

hi @DeniseWilson 

 

I presume you are referring to SKY Q mini boxes.

 

Unfortunately, any fees you paid are not Purchase costs but admin fees and they always belong to SKY and do need returning to SKY when you cancel (As you may expect it is covered in the T&Cs)

If you have cancelled Sky they won't work anyway. Any packaging sent for the main Sky Q box should be for the mini boxes too.
