Hope she is OK.
most boxes use a standard a standard IEC C7 'figure of 8' cable available cheaply in various lengths from a lot of sources (often including local hardware stores) & SKY do not usually send replacements for these.
If it is the cable from a separate power block with a multipin connector you probably need to contact SKY
