Sky have not sent me a return box/envelope to send my hub back
They are saying they'll send me a return box for the equipment but have sent nothing. Now I'm told I'll be charged for not returning it

@Donna101 You can use your own packaging and print off the labels for the returns here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
Remember to keep your proof of posting.
