Have tried resetting and have followed advise given on help sites.
wondering if a new remote with voice control could be sent out please. ?
my mum ( Josephine smith) has dementia and I think is struggling using the push buttons ... some are stuck down and I can't rectify

Find out moreWe are customers here but if the Sky Q remote is definitely broken/faulty, if you follow this link it should allow you to do some troubleshooting and then it’ll send you to a form to request a replacement (this is not available for customers in the ROI).
