I suggest leaving it until later today and trying again. The tile is there for me. I received my email Wednesday morning and the tile was there Thursday morning (I didn't search for it on Wednesday).

Skys rubbish “Gifts”

Why is skys "have a gift on us" always either a kids film,an old film or one you can get if you have sky cinema??

 

heaven forbid sky actually give something back to their customers and let you pick something form their entire sky store catalog!

their recent outage gift was laughable!

I thought I didn't have it there but it just wasn't really obvious. It was the second tile from the left that looked like a present with the writing very small so you could hardly see it

Presumably because more recent releases cost Sky considerably more to acquire the rights to distribute.

The pro-rata subscription covering the period of last weeks problem would have been a couple of pounds at most.

Trying to find the free gift. Not got an email about it either. 
followed all the pics and it's is not there in sky store

Look under 'featured'.  Your shot shows Top Picks and New Releases.

Sky Q Service Disruption - Sky Store

Received a notification about the Sky Store gift due to the Sky Q service disruption. The selection leaves a lot to be desired I must say and includes Sky originals which are already available for Sky cinema customers or titles which have been out for ages and available for free on other platforms. Anyways, is there an option to get the UHD version of a movie through that option? 

 

Some titles say 'available in UHD' but does not show in the purchase option. Want to check I'm not missing the obvious or whether it's not an option offered through this method.

A Sky Store movie, on us — a small gift for your understanding

I received an email offering me a free movie to keep forever following the recent issues with SKY-Q.  I was initially excited (Bridget Jones Mad About the Boy) until I looked at the selection of movies. All of them already streamed as part of SKY CINEMA and viewed by me. So this gift may be great for non-subscribers of SKY CINEMA ( I assume they are primary targets of the compensation?). Anyone else on here feeling slightly agrieved.
