Sky gift on us

Actually, just checked and there's no mention of 'selected' movie at all...

I have received an email to say because of technical issues on the 15th May, Sky has gifted us a buy&keep movie on sky store. I've logged in and can't seem to find it anywhere. States to go onto sky store and click on 'Your Sky Store Gift on us', and download from there before 31st. 

There is no tile on my sky store to do this?

I had an email to get a free film on us after the technical issues last week. It says to go to sky store and select "your sky store gift on us tile". I cannot see this option? Has anyone else done this?

The email didn't say. I thought the idea of the tile was just a way to redeem the gift. Bored with this now. Goodbye...

Hi @HUNTY26 

In Sky Store on your Q box home menu go to Top picks which is one line down in the Featured  section.

The Gift Tile is 5 tiles in.

My email says this at the bottom @Is+this+progress 

"The Sky Store Gift Offer is valid from 21.05.2025 until 31.05.2025. Against selected Sky Store HD Digital Buy & Keep movies only. To redeem this gift, go to your TV homepage and visit Sky Store. Click on the ’Your Sky Store gift on us’ tile and choose a movie from the collection priced at £0.00"

I had an email from Sky offering a free movie on 'us' as an apology for service disruption.  I've visited the Sky store/featured section as instructed but there is no 'your free gift' tile anywhere.  The offer is valid until 31 May so it's still 'live'.  How can I choose a film?

If you look on your Sky Q TV menu- then Skystore and then (either) top picks or featured - do you see this tile - if you look around it should be there

I also can't find "Your sky store gift from us " went to home and sky store and looked everywhere for it . No £0.00 there!

Free film for the outage on 15th of May

Just had an email through from Sky about the outage last week, they're giving away a free film as a form of compensation.

What happened?

On the evening of 15 May, a technical issue caused some Sky Q boxes to enter standby mode. Our teams acted quickly to resolve the issue and restore services.

We understand how frustrating it can be to lose access to your favourite shows and channels, and we apologise for any inconvenience this caused. We’re taking every step to make sure it doesn’t happen again.
