Sky flashing

Hi, when watching sky Q it flashes every 5 seconds or so and then go back to the program. It's only on the sky Q box, I've tried restarting the box, the tv, another hdmi cable but it's still the same. 
unfortunately it appears that sky don't want to talk to me as numbers are hard to find and when I did sent me a link to this forum. 
Is anybody able to help ?

If you've not already, try a reset of settings:

Press Home

Scroll down to Settings but don't press enter

Type 001 then Enter (the centre button of the direction arrows)

Scroll down to Reset and Scroll across to Reset settings (don't goto reset hard drive or factory reset)

Press enter

Box will reset and go through start up procedure.
