Sky a mini box not connecting to network

Had sky a mini box for a few months. Constant network and broadband issues if I leave for a few days. Now won't connect to main box or broadband. Messages switching between error MR102 and reboot your router and can't obtain IP address. I've been through all the steps on screen multiply times but no joy.

@CloFlo try rebooting your router when that is up and running 

reboot your main Q box ie
putting your box into Standby then switching it off at the wall for 30 seconds
switch it back on then follow the on screen instructions

then when that is up and running

reboot your main box
