No thumbnails on some recordings

Me and most of the sky q community had this problem a couple of months ago, where recording thumbnails would be blank. I'm having this problem again (please see screenshot).

current programs that are affected are: 

itv 1: Payback 

Channel 4: Grand Designs 

Channel 4: location, location, location,

bbc: Graham Norton show

I have more examples if needed.

@Thestagevu  Switching off for 30 secs and restarting the box often brings back the thumbnail images.
